My career has been an incredible ride. I\'ve been honoured to be a part of top tier, public/not-for-profit and private sector brands that value people and get results. Canadian Tire, Holt Renfrew, and Workplace Safety & Prevention Services are companies I\'ve worked with for extended periods. I began my professional experience as a community television news reporter/producer, transitioned to corporate video and events, had a exhilarating stint as an English teacher in Prague, and switched to marketing and communications. I love intriguing concepts and a resonant message. Something I\'ve learned over the years is \"Never let what you want to say get in the way of what your audience wants to hear\". Having a vision and turning it into reality, though goal setting, connecting ideas and leading talented, passionate teams, is my happy place. I\'m equal parts right and left brain, with tons of creativity and language prowess on one side, and strong strategic thinking and planning on the other.
