My responsibilities include assisting local branches with hiring of direct care professionals & office staffConsult with Branch Managers and teams for recruiting strategy including sourcing of candidates, advertising on social media and networkingConduct briefings and prepare reports for senior management and hiring managers regarding vacancies, recruiting efforts, area wage issues and related topicsPrepare job postings, specifications for recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with recruitment standardsRespond to inquiries about recruitment activities and status of job vacanciesContact candidates, schedule interviews, and develop interview questions with the hiring to ensure efficient & equitable interviews. Source, interview, test, rank, select candidates, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job\'s pre-established selection criteria and the recruitment policiesPrepare job offer materials in accordance with the job specifications so successful candidates have all necessary information to accept the position. Make job offers to candidates and negotiate salary if necessaryRepresent BrightSprings Health Services at job fairs to recruit potential candidates. Travel to various schools and universities for on-site recruitingEnsure that required documentation for new employee is obtained and coordinates new hire process
