I am responsible for developing the strategy to increase and grow my company\'s presence all over Europe. I set overall strategies and tactical plans to deliver the annual sales budget for customer accounts in line with the Sales and Marketing Guidelines. During my career within the printing industry, I was leading an auditing and consulting division. I defined the most efficient customers printing organization or architecture (ROI/TCO value selling models). I managed contracts with customers at central level and coordinated implementation. I had frequent contacts with the offset industry. I acquired strong knowledge of colorimetry, media quality and applied it daily via my photography and video semi-professional experience.Pro-active business developer, flexible and customer focused, I have a strong experience for understanding needs (MH Strategic Selling certified) and closing complex sales. I have developed over the years a solid consultative selling approach. I acquired deep knowledge and experience of the full bid lifecycle. I manage all the project cycle from scratch to delivery. I have broad cross-functional expertise in the area of sales, negotiations and business and account / contract management for large corporate accounts.
