ABOUT STEPHAN KEIL

Stephan Keil has joined companies EOS and AM Global in April 2020, after working in the Aerospace sector for 18 years. As Director Industrialisation, he leads customer projects that enable AM for production processes end-to-end, from pilot line installation to a sustained industrial ramp-up and stable series production. Before, Stephan has lived and worked in Toulouse and Abu Dhabi, working for an aircraft OEM, a leading airline and a large aircraft maintenance company. He delivered several complex aircraft cabin modification programs, and worked on the set-up of an in-house Design- and Production Organisation, where he led Project Delivery, Business Development and Innovation. Stephan has experience in setting up AM Production in an approved aerospace production organisation framework. Stephan holds a M.Sc. degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Business Administration and has experience in Lean Manufacturing and transnational Program Management. His Senior Management skills and work experience in GER, FRA, UAE. He has language skills in German, English, French and Spanish and feels comfortable in cross-functional roles and multi-cultural environments, acting as integrator, team-player, finisher, relationship builder. Stephanhas delivered high value programs and implements new Business activities, such as Engineering and Production Services to Aviation Maintenance and other industries. His leadership style is to set standards, develop, empower, and promote entrepreneurial thinking to grow the business.
