As of July 2023, I have joined the IMPACT Program at Baker Hughes! IMPACT is a 2 or 3 year mid-career program wherein employees can work to grow their horizontal experience within Baker Hughes. My first rotation for IMPACT is leading the Control Tower project for Supply Chain, Materials and Logistics; which is working to improve capital efficiency of our rental asset fleet through a centralized asset leasing model. By identifying baseline performance, defining key KPIs, and strategically building a project plan with a clear path forward, I am working to own new financial models and deliver on the future of how Baker Hughes handles Materials and Logistics planning.
