I’m a Talent Management professional with experience leading end-to-end recruiting, building scalable hiring systems, and delivering high-touch candidate experiences in global environments.In my current role at Academic Travel Abroad, I partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to execute recruiting strategies for U.S. and international roles, managing the full candidate lifecycle from application through offer and onboarding. I also led the implementation of a new HRIS, building the recruiting module from the ground up and training teams on consistent hiring workflows.Previously, I supported recruiting and People Operations efforts at Hudson River Trading, with a focus on campus recruiting, internship programming, and candidate experience. Alongside my corporate work, I’m the Founder of Your Girl for Good, a nonprofit focused on expanding access to STEM education and mentorship for young women of color.
