My particular area of expertise lies in launching digital assets from the compliance perspective, including KYC/AML, tax, corporate structure, token formation and distribution, secondary trading, and public exchange listings. I am an engaging personality and am able to establish strong rapport quickly with all team members, serve as a trusted advisor to boards of directors, and communicate effectively with all levels.Currently, I am the co-founder and COO of Veda Tech and the Managing Partner and COO of Seven Seas Capital. Additionally, I serve as the Head of Operations at Sommelier, and I have also held executive positions at xx network and Elixxir, where I played a key role in launching the projects from inception to over a $400 million valuation. Additionally, I have served on the board of directors for Privategrity and xx network, where I served on the compliance committee.Before entering the tech industry, I served as a Captain in the US Marine Corps as a communications officer. I have also worked as an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey, where I focused on M&A for Industrials.
