In 2024, I joined BankUnited’s Alternative Funds Group as a Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager. BankUnited’s Alternative Funds Group provides banking solutions to alternative fund managers, cultivating partnerships with a range of institutions within the alternatives market. BankUnited offers depository services and liquidity options to hedge, private markets, and real asset fund structures, family offices, managers, and portfolio companies.I am an accomplished finance and accounting professional with 15 years of experience in investment management, in both public accounting and private industry. Previously, I was Vice President of Global Fund Finance at Blackstone, overseeing finance and accounting for alternative investment funds and separately managed accounts. Prior to that, I spent 12 years at KPMG, beginning my career in KPMG’s Boston office. In 2016, I moved to Miami to create and lead the audit asset management group within KPMG’s Miami office.I have extensive experience with hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and fund of funds. I drive business development and sales efforts and build relationships. I am a successful leader of teams with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I am a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Massachusetts.
