Since 2007 I\'ve worked in the payroll and HR industry throughout the state of Maine. I\'ve recently taken this position with ADP in direct sales for the state of Maine in the upmarket segments. I\'m excited to embark on this new adventure and to be with a company that focuses on helping organization\'s with solutions that matter to them most. ADP offers the most comprehensive Human Capital Management product suite in the industry, which helps employers to best recruit, engage, develop and retain their most valuable asset- their people. By reducing costs over many spend categories, increasing employee productivity, and reducing time spent on tactical issues I\'m able to help make a large impact on an organization\'s bottom line. Helping an organization improve their workforce, spend time on what\'s important to them, and improve their bottom line is what I\'m passionate about. I love that I have this opportunity to work for the best organization in the HCM industry, hopefully for many more years to come.
