Previously, Steph led a cross-functional team of Amazonians to develop the strategy, framework, internal controls, product roadmaps and mechanisms that enable Amazon to ensure complete and accurate tracking of fixed and leased assets throughout the end-to-end asset lifecycle process for World Wide (WW) Ops and WW Consumer. Before joining Amazon, Steph worked at Vanguard where she led cross functional digital teams in support of millions of retail investors. Before this role, she helped lead in-house consulting engagements, managing Vanguard’s Organizational Effectiveness practice, where she served senior leaders on complicated strategic transformation efforts, focused primarily on operating model optimization, organizational design, and change management. Prior to Vanguard, Steph worked for Deloitte for over five years, consulting to primarily domestic and foreign government leaders on ways to deliver innovative solutions to make government more efficient and effective. The majority of agencies she served were in the anti-terrorism, homeland security space. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from Brandeis University. Steph is obsessed with music and art, is an active volunteer in her community, and an avid reader. She very firmly believes her two frenchies, Daphne and Samson, are the cutest dogs out there.
