With a combination of leadership, strategy, and creativity, guide a team to articulate the shared vision of ownership and brand senior executives in new build, renovation, conversions and upgrade luxury property projects. Key priorities include leading interior design process, guiding major stakeholders in producing interior design projects showcasing innovative interior design trends and brand standards.Acting as the Interior Design Lead, accomplishments include:• Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth – $140 M refurbishment of the hotel, honored with the Otera Capital Award for its technology integration, CoLab hub and positive impact on the Montreal community • Fairmont Royal York – Multi-million dollar remodel including new Fairmont Gold Lounge and 102 Fairmont Gold Suites, complete Lobby renovation with new Lobby Bar and Restaurant concept, refurbishment of all meeting space• Fairmont Le Château Frontenac – $75 M renovation of guestrooms and suites, meeting space, lobby, and F&B venues• Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences – opening of the first Raffles brand property in North AmericaMain responsibilities:• direct and assist ownership groups and hotel properties with project planning and selection of appropriate design firms for each capital project• partner with various teams to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to drive the business needs of the brands in support of their strategic growth goals• review each project scope for completeness and clarity, providing initial design direction from a brand perspective• oversee each project through to its completion, tracking adherence to design vision, brand standards and approved critical path
