We spend far too much time at work to not like what we’re doing. Whether you’re looking to make a major career change, transition into a new field or just figure out what your next step might be in your career - I’m here to help. I work with students, alumni and private clients to help them identify what they want the most from their jobs and we work together to determine a strategic plan to meet their goals. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver and I focused my time and experiences in graduate school on Career Counseling. This allows me to incorporate career expertise and known data into your career strategy as well as help you clarify how you want your career to interact with your life and who you are. I have a unique blend of counseling, coaching and Human Resources expertise. I have a background in Human Resources and I\'ve worked for large companies, multilingual international companies and small businesses. I know how different companies approach recruiting and hiring and what you need to do to stand out. I want to help you get what you want based on who you are and what you uniquely bring to that position. If you’re not sure where you want to go or what you want to do that’s fine too. It’s an amazing process to see how individuals can shift from not knowing what they want to do in their careers to starting to take the first steps in their new career choice.
