In my 10 years of experience, here are some accomplishments I am proud of: • Overhauled Endoscopy unit by leading major improvement initiatives, proposals approved by C-Suite for additional staff and unit improvements, doubling procedure volume from previous fiscal year • Expanded GI services on NW campus as project lead for new Digestive Health Clinic: space design, staffing, purchasing, IT infrastructure groups • Guided my teams with empathy and strength through the 2020 hospital integration of UWMC Montlake and Northwest campuses • Nominated for UW Medicine Leadership Development Institute Financial Excellence Award for procedure and critical care revenue recovery efforts • Scored second of all UW Medicine leaders (of ~500) in clinical effectiveness and leadership metrics evaluation after one year of clinic management • Revamped fellowship recruitment and selection process in partnership with Program Director, resulting in matching highest-ranked candidates • Developed and implemented fellowship strategic plan with large and small scale strategic initiatives, together with program director.
