Responsibilities include:• Strategically source, screen, and recruit international development professionals for long term (LTTA) and short term (STTA) positions including Chief of Party, Deputy Chief of Party, Project Director, Director of Finance and Administration, Component Leaders, and Technical Specialists. • Partner with key hiring managers to identify personnel needs and recruitment strategy plans and manage overall hiring process for internal and external requisitions, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, and counsel/recommend on effective candidate assessment/interview techniques.• Facilitate post interview discussions with leaders, when appropriate, to help search committees come to a consensus on candidates. • Actively generate pipelines of qualified passive candidates (per technical area).• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop compensation bands for each position, based on market research and internal equity, to develop fair and equitable job offers.• Recruitment of host country nationals for proposals, including developing local benefits plans and in-country recruitment;• Familiarity with USAID regulations and recruiting practices
