I started with NMILC as their Interim Development Director at the end of February 2025 to support with fundraising efforts. On March 20th, we launched a Rapid Response Campaign to raise Phase I donations blew us away with raised at the beginning of May. Phase II is launching soon with a seed grant. NMILC has never had a development director role before, so in addition to direct fundraising for them, I\'m consulting on scope and structure of development.
