ABOUT STEPHANIE LI WELLS

Those who are closest to me would describe me as passionate, ambitious and empathetic. These traits help me succeed in my mission of helping the world be a better place. In my spare time, I embrace every opportunity with a sense of adventure. From volunteering annually at the National Bank Open, to backpacking through 17 countries, I am always eager to step outside of my comfort zone. Striving to be the best version of myself has been a constant theme in my life. At the age of 8, I got my first job as an assistant coach at the Oakville Skating Club. At the age of 15, I founded a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged youth engage in wheelchair tennis (Aces on Wheels). Outside of my day-to-day, I am a Youth Coach, guiding high school students in a holistic manner as they explore their purpose. I started my Microsoft career in the ISV business, where I built partnerships with high-growth SaaS companies in Canada. Most recently, I have taken an Americas role, establishing partnerships with the Big Three MSP Influencers, while also leading the recruitment efforts for new Data and AI SI partners. As I progress my career, I hope to combine my commerce education and experiences I\'ve gathered to bring innovative solutions and fresh perspectives to the challenges that lie ahead.
