I began as a one woman HR department, processing payroll and managing employee compliance and performance based needs. I quickly recognized we needed to streamline and optimize our company and negotiated hiring a direct report to absorb my task based duties, freeing me up to design a complete company Reorganization. I- created position plans for every person in the company from owners to hosts- designed a consistent payroll processing system to bring it all in house- wrote numerous policies, procedures and training plans- implemented best practices in hiring, development, people management and talent retention for 13 restaurants spanning Capitol Hill to Olympia.
