As a Superintendent at the Academy of Visual and Performing Arts, I lead a team of dedicated educators and administrators to provide an excellent education for every child. With over 23 years of experience in education, I have a proven track record of transforming schools and preparing leaders to excel in their communities. I am passionate about investing in my team and students, and delivering on the promise of an excellent education. I hold a Doctor of Education degree from Texas A&M University, with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction, and a Master of Education degree from Dallas Baptist University, with a focus on Educational Leadership and Administration.
