I\'m a senior at Fordham University\'s Gabelli School of Business, majoring in Public Accounting on the CPA track. As a first-generation college student, I greatly value my education and am very passionate about learning the skills necessary to succeed in my future career. I currently have a work-study position at the Gabelli School of Business Dean\'s Office. This position has allowed me to learn how to manage my time better while improving my verbal and written communication skills. I am interested in internship positions regarding tax and audit.The PVH Ground Floor Challenge, a part of Fordham\'s Gabelli curriculum, allowed me to work on a semester-long project with five other classmates to conduct market research to identify an unmet need. My team developed a thorough integrated business plan for a new business, Room Share, dedicated to facilitating the roommate matching process among college students.
