A seasoned trial lawyer, I am sought after to lead the defense in \"bet the company” cases and other high-stakes, complex business disputes. I represent individuals, companies and boards of directors in a diverse litigation practice in the state and federal courts. I currently serve as Co-Chair of the firm’s Directors’ & Officers’ Liability & Corporate Governance Practice Group. I served by appointment as a member of Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter’s Advisory Task Force on Ethics and Campaign Finance Reform.I have received numerous accolades, including the AJC’s Judge Learned Hand Award and the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Sandra Day O’Connor Award. Since 2009, I have been ranked as a leading litigation attorney by Chambers USA. I have been named among the Best Lawyers in America, and as a “Litigation Star” in Benchmark Litigation’s Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys.
