I am currently serving as the Interim Executive Director for YPCC while the board searches for our next Executive Director. In this role, I am managing all aspects of functioning for this nonprofit, including budget management, communications, staff supervision, sponsorship procurement, hiring, etc. Within this role, I am working to ensure continued vibrancy in our community, artistic excellence, and a harmonious staff in a way that moves us toward the goals of our strategic plan.

ABOUT STEPHANIE RENNY
I have always enjoyed hearing others tell their story and helping them to recognize their potential. As a clinical mental health counselor, I have a holistic approach to therapy that embraces the whole person. Utilizing my pastoral and educational background, I employ techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy. My lens is both humanistic and existential - I believe that meaning and purpose are central to the joys and sorrows embedded in the journey of each person. I have completed specialized training in supporting individuals with eating disorders, career development, and mindfulness based practices. I greatly value cultural competency and have experience supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, interracial dialogue, and interfaith bridge building. My unique clinical strengths include small and large group facilitation, developing therapeutic relationships, incorporating a patient\'s faith into treatment, and developing innovative interventions rooted in evidenced based practices.
