My passions - are people and transformational change. My expertise - is in change management, communication, strategy, project management and adult education. My strengths - are in my ability to quickly assess culture and needs, build relationships within organizations, and recommend solutions that help people adopt new ways of doing things as quickly and supportively as possible. My experience - includes successfully leading IT change management initiatives for a large corporate acquisition, a corporate rebranding, company-wide application rollouts, strategy development, coaching and facilitating, successfully establishing corporate communications and technical writing departments, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Changing things takes work. Even more, changing people takes a persistent commitment to understanding individual needs, organizational function and culture, and the process required to enable transformation. Aligning the wants and needs of people with the requirements of organizations during the change process can be delicate and complex. I use proven change management methodologies, problem solving, creativity, and a systemic approach to help people and organizations successfully navigate through change.
