My role is focused on streamlining operations, enhancing communication, and managing critical support functions behind the scenes so our leaders can stay focused on growth.Key responsibilities include:• Onboarding new members and ensuring a welcoming experience• Managing and organizing Slack communications for daily engagement• Curating and sending out weekly member newsletters• Coordinating Ichi Academy classes with speakers and attendees• Tracking membership renewals and managing communications• Creating and maintaining systems, SOPs, and file organization• Supporting leadership visibility and community culture through thoughtful communication and follow-upI’m proud to play a role in helping Club Ichi scale while preserving its strong values of connection, creativity, and collaboration.
