I am a mission‑driven leader with nearly 20 years of experience in higher education and nonprofit leadership. My expertise lies in designing innovative leadership development programs, leveraging technology, coaching emerging and mid‑career professionals, and building strong talent pipelines that create meaningful opportunities for growth. I am passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and helping organizations strengthen their capacity to achieve impact.As a trusted coach and strategist, I have created and scaled programs that prepare rising leaders to thrive in complex roles. I bring a track record of building partnerships, leading high‑impact teams, and crafting technology solutions that expand opportunity and foster organizational success. I thrive at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and people development—and I am dedicated to developing leaders who create lasting change.Some of my notable accomplishments include:↗ Pioneered the final design of a new coaching app, CivicLEE to support the leadership development of policy and advocacy professionals.↗ Designed a professional development program for undergraduate students that achieved a 20% higher internship rate than peer students within the same school, and a 25% higher rating compared to broader Rutgers University students.↗ Launched Summer Leadership Academy online learning program to provide undergraduate students with learning opportunities during COVID-19, resulting in 150 students completing the program.↗ Introduced the Global Ally Certificate Program for staff members to enhance skills in communication, international travel, and collaboration with team members.MY LEADERSHIP STRENGTHS-→ I have a consultative management style demonstrated daily by talking with direct reports about deadlines, issues, questions, and solutions. → My three top skills are program design, project management, and data analytics.
