I just took on one of the most meaningful roles of my career. Ragan Communications named me Principal of its Center for AI Strategy. In this role, I oversee the Center\'s news, insights, and member experience, working to ensure communications and marketing leaders have the AI intelligence they need to lead their organizations during this transformational time. I have been building towards this appointment for three decades. I started my career in corporate marketing at the dawn of the internet era. I watched a technology transform every rule we thought we knew about reaching people. I was there for the wireless app explosion in the social media upheaval of 2009, and the rise of content as a commercial force. Each shift required the same thing: the ability to see what was coming, tell the truth about it, and help organizations move before they had to. When generative AI arrived, I transformed SizzleForce Marketing, the consultancy I founded, into an AI-powered marketing agency. That was January 2023. Through SizzleForce, I offer- AI training for corporate teams and small businesses- AI consulting and strategic advisory on implementation for marketing and communications teams- Keynote speaking on AI strategy for corporate events, conferences, and leadership summits AI tools are only as effective as the systems behind them.
