I also manage the relationship with the Company’s PEO for HR administration. I serve as an employee champion, working in support of the Company’s business objectives and employees\' own growth and development. I ensure that HR initiatives and programs reinforce the Company’s culture and the Itemize values of innovation, teamwork, and integrity.Itemize is a small company, and we all wear many hats here. I have the opportunity to participate in project planning, project management, event planning, idea generation – and just generally getting things done!
