I am a business coach and digital marketing professional. I have built and helped build several successful businesses from ground-level. After becoming a mom, I knew that I wanted to be able to stay home with my beautiful babies. I didn\'t want to be sending my kid to day care for someone else to raise him. I didn\'t want to miss those moments. I had a profitable digital marketing company that I had been managing for several years, but with two babies, that becomes NEAR impossible to concentrate on! After two babies, I didn\'t like how I felt on the outside or the inside. I thought that was just part of having a baby; getting the \"mom bod\" and reminiscing on the pre-pregnancy days. NOPE. That\'s not me. I don\'t settle. I started researching ways to get fit after having a baby, without starving myself or spending hours in the gym. I learned how simple changes in my family\'s meal plan made a HUGE impact filling in the nutritional gaps. I learned that what I put into my body not only helped me change what I looked like on the outside, but how I felt on the inside. I matched that with 30 minute workouts from home. Low impact, very little equipment, and my kids played on and around me the entire time. Within a few weeks, I lost 12 lbs, started toning, and had way more energy. Within a month, I had someone asking me what I was doing. She paid me to help her get results as well. Seeing her lose more than 15 lbs in three weeks, that was my \"ah ha\" moment. I knew I had to help more moms who felt just like me. I now lead a team of coaches who I provide with training and advice. We offer one-on-one coaching to women who are truly serious about wanting to be healthy on both the outside and the inside.
