Oversee and coordinate/conduct Field Service Representative field audits, often with regional directors and/or managers. • Development, publishing and training of safety and environmental programs consistent with regulations and company policy. • Directly interface with high value customers to foster a positive safety relationship while ensuring the safety of Schneider Electric employees. • Assist with creation of job hazard analysis for work tasks. • Thoroughly investigate incidents and collaborate on corrective action. • Work with regional and global peers to ensure North America wide standardization and practice.• Maintains required records, prepares reports and files as necessary to meet corporate and regulatory requirements. • Assist in providing direction and leading Safety Committees for your area of responsibility.
