I have over 20 years of experience working in organizations across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the United States. I have scaled businesses and teams, whilst navigating complexity. I role model leading compassionately and creating diverse and inclusive work environments. My passion for others led me to what I do today, living my dream working as an executive coach based in Lake Como Italy with my family.
