About Stephanie Lindabury Jenkins
With over 25 years in various roles ranging from in Human Resources, Recruiting, Training and Development and Project Management, I love that I am in the perfect place to apply my diverse experience. My Industrial Engineering degree prepared me to take on whatever operational challenge I have been asked to tackle, whether implementing a new onboarding process or project managing the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Management system. I have developed the know how to collaborate cross-functionally and synthesize diverse outlooks into solutions that work.I started my career in healthcare because I wanted to impact the patient experience. I stepped away from corporate America to build a successful girls health and wellness program that was funded by Bloomberg, covered by the Today Show and published in the May 2007 Journal of Adolescent Health (“Energy Up”: A Novel Approach to the Weight Management of Inner-City Teens). I enjoy working at Brooks because our products are essential to many businesses, including healthcare and keeping patients comfortable and safe.
