Manage technical aspects of event coordination for live events by working as the assistant to a Technical Directing team for large scale special events, conferences and conventions. Create & maintain detailed budgets, extensive on-site schedules, digital showbooks, run of show, gantt charts and labor tracking documents. Coordinate event logistics with venue, vendors, clients and high-profile talent as well as managing travel, hotels and expenses. Onsite I work as a client liaison and directly with the local labor to review daily labor calls, track labor spending and report back to the TD and Producers, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
