As the Manager of Information Governance, Stephanie collaborates with IT and the General Counsel to develop and implement the Firm’s Information Governance strategic plan and policies and to ensure that the Firm’s information assets are properly managed throughout their life cycle in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. She provides counsel to stakeholder functions including Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT and Security, ensuring alignment across the organization. Stephanie collaborates with legal counsel to manage legal holds and discovery requests in accordance with internal and external requirements, while supporting the Litigation Support team with discovery collections. Stephanie is also responsible for employee training and awareness programs to strengthen IG knowledge, provide guidance on compliance activities, and evaluate hardware, software, and data life cycles for IG-related applications. She conducts regular audits and assessments of the IG program to drive continuous improvement as well as supports broader risk and compliance initiatives, including client audits and vendor/third-party risk assessments.
