Hi there! Sellers and marketers can sometimes speak two separate languages. It\'s been said that the goal of sales is to MEET a customer\'s need and the goal of marketing is to SPECIFY that need. During the last 9 years, I\'ve stood at the intersection of discovering and filling customer needs with robust strategies that guide the client through the full sales lifecycle - from acquisition through retention. I fuse an awareness of human buying motives with an analytical approach to market research to generate leads and increase the customer base; then roll that all into a consultative approach to close sales and achieve revenues. This has helped me guide clients like PepsiCo, T-Mobile, Best Buy, and Walmart to introduce new products and expand their reach. Part of my career has been spent in the classroom teaching students and bringing up test scores. While there, the program manager side of me took over, allowing me to expand school programs through student engagement and mentorship. I easily made connections with students, program leaders, teachers, and administrators to advance continuous improvements to extra-curricular activities and academics. Recently completed the Google Digital Marketing and E-commerce Certificate program-a series of online courses that cover the intricacies of digital marketing and e-commerce. These accolades and the knowledge attained in achieving them gave me a good grasp of expanding learning programs and delivering educational material using blended curricula that reached students no matter their learning style. I am the founder and builder of a team that grew an e-commerce business. The business became revenue-bearing within 1 month of launching.
