I routinely deal with national and international trade mark applications and renewals, and advise clients in connection with trade mark infringement, enforcement and licensing. I also have experience of successfully dealing with domain name disputes.I undertake work for a broad range of clients including charities, education organisations, individuals, start-up businesses and large corporations both in the UK and internationally, and understand the different needs and requirements that these clients have.I also advise education clients on establishing new schools internationally. This work includes advice on, and the preparation of, the relevant agreements from the outset of the project, together with advice on appropriate international trade mark protection strategies and the licensing of trade marks to potential project partners abroad.
