With over 25 years of experience in EHS in varying industries and levels of responsibility, I am seen as a dedicated leader who achieves results and creates value. At Takeda, I lead a global team dedicated to ensuring our operations are not only safe for our employees but also minimize our environmental footprint. We have very ambitious targets to achieve Net Zero (Sc1 and Sc2 before 2035 and Sc3 before 2040). We achieve this through risk management, strong compliance strategies, and innovative sustainability initiatives.Throughout my career, I have developed a keen ability to balance business needs with EHS requirements, ensuring that safety and sustainability are integrated into aspect of business decision-making.
