Internet Business Project Manager @Mouser Electronics

Work closely with a global project team of Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts, Project Management/Scrum teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, Network Operations, DBA’s, Support Team, Marketing and Web UI/UX Designers. • Work cross-functionally with other major business units throughout the Mouser organization. • Schedule and lead recurring project team meetings/Safe Agile Scrum team meetings. • My role is to facilitate Scrum team events, ensure the team follows agile principles and practices, and coach team improvement. Recurring events include Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and daily Scrum using the MicroSoft Azure DevOps product.
