I am a Director in the Legal Business Solutions (LBS) practice at PwC. A solution-oriented problem solver, I am focused on partnering with general counsel and legal operations teams to modernize law departments. I am passionate about helping clients work more efficiently when faced with tough challenges in response to business demands. I work with clients to- design and implement efficient contract management processes enabled by innovative legal technology to best fits their needs- consult on law department design, technology and operating model strategy- support integration/separation and synergy capture initiatives, contracts analytics and processing solutions.Prior to my legal business consulting role, I was a leader in a global tax technology practice with professionals specializing in people, process, data and technology – redesigning, redefining and redeploying tax functions to be strategic business assets. I have led tax function transformations, automation projects, workflow design and implementations, and tax software implementations for clients. I also led an internal development team in implementing robotics that streamlined the PwC time entry system, allowing resources nationally to increase accuracy in time reporting and billing while reducing time spent on administrative tasks.While not working with clients, you can find me at home in Boston with my family, or on a soccer or lacrosse field sideline.
