I help complex Defence clients embed proportionate, tech-enabled control across procurement, commercial and third-party risk processes to drive cost down and maximise value for money. I draw on experience as a qualified accountant and trained Digital Accelerator to shape and deliver control environments that are both practical and resilient.I\'ve led commercial risk and third-party assurance work for public and private sector clients, including global supply chain compliance reviews and major transformation programmes. Key achievements include: coordinating global supply chain contingent fee based risk reviews for a multinational client group; designing and implementing technology enabled commercial control processes across multiple markets and regions.From Oct 23 - Aug 25: I worked an 80% contract whilst completing a part time Masters Degree.From Jan 22 to June 23: I held the role of Group Leader for the Commercial Control solution in addition to my day to day delivery. In this role I provided national leadership to a ~70-person team spanning- People & engagement – wellbeing, induction, and training- Sales & marketing – strategy development and internal campaigns- Commercial ops – budgeting, resource planning and transformation tracking
