Serve as a member of the BlueTek Partners sourcing team, working with clients to help augment their staffing environment and find exceptional talent- Perform full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates to clients, negotiating job offers and assisting in the onboarding process- Review and revise candidate resumes to ensure they have the necessary skills- Collaborate with corporate recruiters and hiring managers to asses their unique needs and devise a recruiting strategy to source top talent
