Osney Capital is a value-add Venture Capital fund focusing on growth businesses, at Seed and Series A stage, whilst supporting them to navigate their risk landscape as it evolves with their scale and complexity. Specialising in operational risk areas, our teams will help portfolio companies to significantly de-risk their growth trajectories. ABOUT STEPHANIE GNISSIOS
Focused on building towards a resilience economy and financial sector by embedding climate as a factor in financial decision-making, strategy, and risk management. Generating impact through knowledge development and capacity building, bridging knowledge and insights from climate science and data into the business world, alongside the development of practical tools and approaches. Leveraging my background in technical and analytical thinking as an engineer in the mining sector, complemented by a governance and business understanding built from holding non‐executive director roles for non‐profit organizations, startups, and undertaking an Executive MBA (achieved with distinction) at Oxford University. My focus on climate and impact come from a personal drive to contribute to re-orienting the world that my children are growing up in, supported by completion of the Oxford Impact Measurement Programme and ongoing advisory for impact-driven initiatives.I also advise impact-focused startups and early-stage enterprises, with a particular focus innovation, strategy, and impact; and female founders and entrepreneurs. I am also a passionate advocate for improving diversity, with a focus on gender diversity, and actively mentor and support young women in STEM through formal and informal efforts.
