About Stephanie Freeman

I am a college president, former dean, and full professor who loves education and HBCUs! I have been teaching for decades at HBCUs, and I believe in their continued mission to help elevate even the most marginalized students. I am committed to helping HBCUs continue to prosper and excel-even the ones that have fallen on hard times. I am the \"HBCU Whisperer.\" I have worked at 3 HBCUs, and I am the first person to revive a dissolved HBCU-Kittrell College (which opens in the fall of 2021). Additionally, I am a multi-media and marketing expert (which comes in handy in numerous ways)! I promote HBCUs and the brilliant minds that are connected to them. Years ago, I realized my clientele consisted of high-profile, high-achieving people. They liked my media strategies, creativity, and honesty about their projects. Plus, I am really good at what I do-because I serve people the way I want to be served. Later, I formed a production company/talent agency for exceptionally brilliant and poised people because I want to dispel all thoughts that beauty/handsomeness (which means trying to be the best you that you can be) and brains can\'t go together. Also, I want to build a highly-trained team of bright minds who can take television, radio, social media, newspapers, and all other forms of media by storm. We will be the ones that the media calls to do interviews, give speeches, etc. Nerd Beauty and Nerd Suave are exclusive organizations that will bring great minds to media and academic publications. We are the empowerment brand with the ultimate swagger!
