As President & CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, I am fortunate to lead a world-class team that designs, builds and supports the most advanced commercial jetliners. Our team’s focus is on strengthening our safety and quality and delivering on our customer commitments. Before focusing exclusively on the commercial airplanes business, I served as the company’s chief operating officer during a period of transition, overseeing supply chain, quality, manufacturing and engineering excellence across the enterprise.Prior to that role, I was President & CEO of Boeing Global Services (BGS), with responsibility for leading Boeing’s aerospace services business supporting commercial, government and aviation industry customers worldwide. Before that, I served as VP & CFO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes. In my three decades at Boeing, I have held several other senior leadership positions at the corporate and program levels.I’m also a passionate advocate for developing and nurturing our talented Boeing teammates and creating a working environment where every person can thrive. As a member of Boeing\'s Executive Council, I’m proud to serve as the executive sponsor of Boeing Women Inspiring Leadership, a business resource group dedicated to increasing gender diversity awareness and promoting diverse representation among women.
