Proposed, spearheaded, and managed the creation of a centralized learning hub. This includes:• Leading the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive organization development and learning strategy, ensuring strategic alignment of the company’s goals • Building meaningful relationships across the organization to understand needs and collaborate on implementation of solutions • Developing internal instructional designers/training stakeholders in facilitation skills and delivery of training solutions. • Working with department stakeholders to create a training strategy for their team and provide insight on how to best implement training for their teams. • Prioritizing programs that meet the Agiloft’s internal learning needs as well as building for organizational needs. Program development will include new employee experience, employee development and training, and professional development. • Develop, implement, and track progress that measures the value the team delivers, implementing KPIs, and communicating to leadership the business impact of our learning programs. • Acting as main contact and resource for internal training to all internal teams by helping the department stakeholders achieve and exceed performance goals and progress in their skill sets, by partnering across departments to identify learning needs to help design innovative solutions• Encouraging exploring, evaluating, and implementing state of the art learning methods and technologies that engage learning, learners, and instructors • Developing a process regarding training requests and prioritization of the creation of Agiloft-related content to help stakeholders better understand the timeline for the completion of the content they have requested • Administering the learning platform to provide a streamlined space for training assignment and tracking, and facilitating the distribution of team training data to the appropriate point of contact for each department
