About Stephanie Lyon
I\'m a lifelong learner who is passionate about helping people achieve their personal and professional goals. Employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies are my jam! I am always looking for new and exciting ways to make work more enjoyable for everyone involved. My current focus is on mental health and emotional intelligence in the workplace. I also enjoy employee investigations, for a tangential reason: we can\'t continue to improve the workplace unless bad actors are held to account. Staying current with new research, tools, laws, and trends is important to me.I am also a bit of a tech junkie. I am always looking for tech solutions to streamline processes and take some of the work out of our workdays. Learning new pieces of software, hardware, apps, or other tech solutions is something I enjoy and apply to simplify my workflow. This also means I am the de facto first line tech support for the employees and managers I support! In my off time, I enjoy reading (especially sci-fi and fantasy), gaming (awesome way to connect with younger family members!), gardening, spending time with my adorable pups, and exploring new and interesting cuisines!
