Once a practicing attorney, now a recovering lawyer, I’ve traded billable hours for streamlining legal operations, optimizing processes, and making life easier for in-house teams and clients. I apply that same passion for efficiency, compliance, conflicts and contracts to help legal departments work smarter and with limited or calculated risk. From conflict and risk management and compliance oversight to legal tech implementation, I thrive at the intersection of conflicts, business relationships, and operations—where chaos meets order (and I get to be the one bringing the order). I’ve worked across startups, corporate legal teams, and high-growth companies, building scalable legal processes, assessing risk, lateral assessments, and ensuring teams have the right tools, team members, and strategies to succeed. Whether it’s fine-tuning conflict waivers, managing outside counsel, or optimizing budgets, I love helping firms maximize their potential. I believe people are the key to a successful legal function and have worked with employees at all levels- from executives to frontline teams- to build scalable legal frameworks that actually work in practice. I enjoy mentoring, fostering team development, and creating an environment where legal operations isn’t just a back-office function, but a strategic advantage. By empowering teams with the right tools, guidance, and processes, I help create dynamic and sustainable results that drive efficiency, reduce risk, and support business growth. When I’m not optimizing operations, you’ll find me camping, exploring new places with my small humans, or wrangling our latest rescue (I can’t say no to a stray in need). I take our game nights seriously and my boys know the rules are meant to be followed!
