About Stephanie D. Wilson
My personal mission is to connect, inspire, and build stewardship and relationship with my family, women, and my community. Leveraging both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ball State University with broad and diverse experiences, I eagerly connect those who cross my path with resources for their success. As a passionate idea generator, I love to create order out of ambiguous situations. I am especially joyful when I can creates spaces that allow individuals’ ideas to flourish. Currently, I serve as the Assistant Lecturer and Program Coordinator for the Online program for the Ball State University Center for Information and Communication Sciences. I love to build. I have built academic and non-credit programs; university off-site centers; infrastructure; and teams. I am currently building my own business Bridlewood Crossings, implementing innovative growth through the dynamic interactions between horses and humans, as they each work within their areas of strength to develop sustainable growth. An avid gardener and equestrian, both infuse the power of connection in my life. My husband, Jay and I enjoy time with our ever evolving menagerie: Jackie, our beloved miniature donkey; three horses, Pebbles, Dolly and Grace; three precious ponies, Geno, Spirit, and Jesse; two mules Jody and Sweetie and sweet burros, Rose and Torch.
