Served as a GS-9 Realty Specialist in Management and Disposal (M&D) Branch with responsibilities of preparing outgrants for government agencies, state and political subdivisions and private individuals, along with disposing and managing of government lands for both Civil Works projects and military installations. Workload included renewal of outgrant agreements, resolution of encroachments, supplemental agreements, issuance of new outgrant instruments, implementation plans, grant funding documentation, disposal actions for Civil Works projects, etc. Lead RE POC and action officer for the Shoreline Management (SLM) Program with completion of more than 2,300 reviews and Real Estate Management Information System (REMIS) entries combined with termination of over 1,500 expired shoreline licenses. Entrusted with training other Realty Specialists on REMIS and the SLM System Workflow Station. Completed duties that also included annual compliance inspections of outgranted land, in which over 100 inspections of outgranted sites were completed at 5 Civil Works Projects in fiscal year 2024 and that included collection of annual certifications required by the outgrant instrument with enforcement, documentation and oversight of noncompliance deficiencies and corrections at inspected sites. Processed multiple FOIA request sent by Office of Council. Personally selected by the Real Estate Division Chief for participation in the Morale Building Committee.
