I was brought in to to focus on a the culture at Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Under the auspices of the Organizational Development Department we are creating a company culture focused on people first!(After all If you take care of your people they will take care of the guest.) Upon arrival I conducted a Training Needs Analysis and an organizational SWOT. These reveled the focus areas for the HR and Organizational Development program that I am responsible for building and developing.
