About Stephanie O.
A life-long people person, I\'m forever fascinated by the mind, body, emotions, spirit, relationships, group identity & interaction, social conflict & cohesion - what supports individual and community power and change. In my current work as a grief and trauma therapist, I have the privilege of walking beside people through all kinds of experiences of loss. Healing is a team sport. Over the course of my career, I\'ve navigated the complexities of non-profit, academic, and corporate institutions, and I think we can do better. I believe that dialogue and collaboration between people with curious minds, open hearts, and the willingness to challenge each other can lead to a more just, equitable society.
