I’m an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with a passion for helping organizations and people thrive. With seven years of HR experience in federal government contracting, I have a deep understanding of workplace dynamics, operations, and strategy. My background is rooted in psychometrics, applied research, and data analysis, with a strong interest in using these tools to address real-world workplace challenges.
